Our Helpdesk is one of the primary day-to-day support routes for our engage|ats clients and their candidates. The Helpdesk tracks all issues through to completion and is operated by real people based in the UK.
Expert Helpdesk Team
Our expert client support Helpdesk provides technical assistance and support to both client users and candidates.
The goal of our dedicated team is to provide timely support to our users, to enable them to use the platform efficiently and effectively. Our client facing teams receive extensive and on-going training on all system features and client configurations to ensure they are kept up to date.
They are on hand to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical guidance to users who need additional support with their ATS.
Any change requests can be requested via the Helpdesk team too, and where needed, they will also loop in your Account Manager.
Tip: When contacting our Helpdesk, it speeds up the investigation process if you can provide screenshots and as much detail as possible on the issue.
