Always know the history of your candidates applications
Every candidate in engage|ats has a ‘History’ icon that allows users to see when a candidate was processed to a new stage and by who. All communication whether by email or SMS are also recorded so that you never have to second guess whether a candidate has been sent that important message.
All process stages are captured including when a candidate registers, applies, withdraws, is shortlisted, who scored them at shortlisting and interview and when they are offered. It will also show if they were transferred to another role.
Being able to review this information means that you have evidence of when actions took place should you need it.
Tip: With the configurable nature of engage|ats, candidate who have been accidentally processed to the wrong stage can easily be reverted back.
