A secure flow of data from one system to another
At engage|ats there are different ways that we can import and export data into and from our platform.
We have a number of integrations in place with HR systems such as Resource Link and SAP where candidate data is securely transfered from engage|ats into those system, creating a profile for the offered candidate. Information can include but is not limited to; personal and contact details, vacancy, salary, references, bank details etc.
We also have a similar integration with ELI Onboarding so once a candidate reaches the offer stage, they can be process through to ELI to begin their onboarding journey.
Similarly, we can import candidate information from a previous ATS and create a record of them so you can continue to report historically on them.

Tip: Information in exports can be added to over time, so you can’t start of with just the basics and then add to the feeds over time.
