Job feeds
A job feed is essentially an XML or RSS file that contains details about a job opening, such as the job title, location, job description, qualifications and application instructions. In fact, our clients can define which elements of a job posting they want to appear in their feeds, and can change this whenever they like.

Job feeds save time and automate processes
engage|ats job feeds can be used to feed vacancies through to a careers website or a job board.
When a company creates a new job opening in engage|ats, our system will generate a job feed for that posting. The job feed is then uploaded to the organisations website and distributed to both job search engines and other third-party websites that have signed up to receive the job feed.
Job search engines and other websites that receive the job feed will then display the job posting on their site, along with a link back to the company’s instance of engage|ats, where candidates can apply for the job. Once the job is closed, that job will then stop displaying on the website or jobs board.
Tip: It is very important that the fields in the job feed match the destination fields, otherwise the information will not show up on the website or job board.
