We have a named Data Protection Officer and will keep a record of all the data processing activities we perform on a client’s behalf.
Setting up your data retention requirements
Our clients have full control over their candidate’s data retention. Once the threshold is reached, candidate data is automatically anonymised.
Tip: A candidate can remove their own data from engage|ats at any point through their own account dashboard.
