Monitoring any SaaS platform like engage|ats is critical for ensuring high availability and uptime. Any downtime or disruptions can result in significant damage to our and our client’s reputation and frustration for recruiters and candidates alike. To help ensure our high availability we employ multiple independent monitoring services.
Independent monitoring
Our independent monitors continually assess engage|ats at the network, infrastructure and application levels. Any results that fall outside of tolerance levels are immediately reported to our technical team. We have worked hard to build resilience and scalability into engage|ats, but if something happens, we’ll be the first to know.
Tip: engage|ats provides many other services beyond the platform itself, including job feeds, our API and system integrations. We can add in specific monitors to match your wider talent infrastructure to ensure availability of all services.
