SSO
Single Sign-On (SSO) is a method of authentication that enables users to access multiple systems and applications with a single set of login credentials. SSO simplifies the login process for recruiters and improves the user experience, but it also plays an essential role in access control.
Access control
Irrespective of how many people work in your organisation, keeping track of who has access to what information is a key principle of GDPR (Principle 3 to be precise). As organisations continue to use more and more platforms to facilitate their business processes, it has never been more important to keep track of users and what they have access to. engage|ats recognises this important issue and allows for any organisation with their own Active Directory (or similar) to implement SSO as part of their access control and authentication to login to engage|ats.
Tip: SSO for engage|ats is in it’s simplest terms, a two-way handshake between your organisations Active Directory (or similar) to engage|ats. During our platform setup we liaise with your internal IT team to set this up.
